We currently offer shipping options from USPS, UPS & FedEx within the United States and USPS & FedEx shipping internationaly.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays).

Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated in real time by our store's software. On rare ocations, our software may be unable to comunicate with a shipping company and we may be unable to get a rate quote. If you experence this issue please contact us for a rate quote or try the check procedure again in a few hours.
Shipping Options
- FedEx
- FedEx Home Delivery®
- 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
- Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
- FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
- FedEx Standard Overnight®
- Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
- Monday–Friday, with Saturday pickup available in many areas for an additional charge.
- Available throughout all 50 states to addresses where FedEx Priority Overnight® delivery commitment is by 10:30 a.m. or noon. Not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii.
- FedEx 2Day®
- By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
- Monday–Friday, with Saturday service available in many areas for an additional charge.
- Available throughout all 50 states.
- FedEx International Economy®
- Time-definite delivery typically in 2–5 business days (typically 2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico).
- Monday–Friday, with Saturday delivery available in countries where Saturday is a regular business day.

- Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days

- The most economical way to send letters, large envelopes, small packages, postal cards, printed matter, and small packets 4 pounds and under, worldwide.
- Delivery in 2-28 days. Varies greatly by destination.
- USPS Priority Mail International
- Priority Mail International (PMI) provides customers with a reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise up to 70 pounds.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by emailing us at sales@swagrox.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
International Customers
International Letter Class mail has a standard delivery of 4 to 7
postal business days, but it is not a guaranteed delivery service.
Without a definitive tracking system affixed to the service we are not
able to tell you where the item is within the mail stream or when it
will be delivered. This mail has been taking anywhere from 2 - 12
weeks. We have no control over your countries customs department. It
is also advised that if you do not get your order with in 7 days to
contact your local post office to verify that they have not tried to
contact your for custom taxes due. We can not ship out replacement or
refunds until 13 weeks have passed from date of shipment.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once
a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you should contact your local customs office for
further information. Additionally, when ordering from Swagrox.com, you
are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and
regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the
value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders
containing CDs, videos, DVDs, and books will generally be listed in a
way similar to the following example:
