We currently offer shipping options from USPS, UPS & FedEx within the United States and USPS & FedEx shipping internationaly.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays).

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Shipping Rates
All shipping rates are calculated in real time by our store's software. On rare ocations, our software may be unable to comunicate with a shipping company and we may be unable to get a rate quote. If you experence this issue please contact us for a rate quote or try the check procedure again in a few hours.

  • FedEx Home Delivery®
    • 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
    • Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
    • FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight®
    • Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.
    • Monday–Friday, with Saturday pickup available in many areas for an additional charge.
    • Available throughout all 50 states to addresses where FedEx Priority Overnight® delivery commitment is by 10:30 a.m. or noon. Not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii.
  • FedEx 2Day®
    • By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
    • Monday–Friday, with Saturday service available in many areas for an additional charge.
    • Available throughout all 50 states.
  • FedEx International Economy®
    • Time-definite delivery typically in 2–5 business days (typically 2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico).
    • Monday–Friday, with Saturday delivery available in countries where Saturday is a regular business day.

    • Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days
    • All 50 states and Puerto Rico
  • UPS 2nd Day Air®
    • Delivery by the end of the second business day

    • Priority Mail International (PMI) provides customers with a reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise up to 70 pounds.

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by emailing us at sales@swagrox.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
